Terms and Conditions for Real Estate photography:
Hank Miller will take the best photos possible given the weather and the conditions set by the seller and the agent. Should the seller have specific requirements the seller should be on the property at the time of the photo session.
Should a return to the property be required due to a lack of communications between the seller and the agent additional fees will be assessed at a minimum of $75.00
Payment is required at the time of the photo session. Cash and personal checks are accepted. No credit cards or terms accepted.
